We currently deliver orders across Pakistan.

Major Cities: 2–5 business days
Other Areas: 3–7 business days
Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Any free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on our website or promotional campaigns.

4. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for selected locations. Customers are requested to provide a valid and complete phone number and delivery address when placing an order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided through SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Kresta Hub will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate addresses or contact information.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order. We may request photos or videos of the package and product to investigate the issue.
